‘Pure Trash’ - the Disgraceful Art Show by ‘Food Not Trash’, is the UAE’s first ever art exhibition inspired by trash.
‘Food Not Trash’ have launched a controversial open-air art gallery to create awareness on the tremendous amount of good food that goes to waste in the world. What makes it so provocative, well, the artworks are trash.
We have searched the city’s bins to find our inspiration taking the perfectly good food that was trashed and created masterpieces exhibited at The ‘Pure Trash’ exhibition in Reem Central Park.
The intention behind ‘Pure Trash’ is to shed the light on all the good trashed food and shock visitors by the sad reality of food waste on display.

walls in Abu Dhabi into a message that
resonated around the region.

across the globe.
